"Research, the only way forward to understand why people smoke and how to help them quit smoking" - yes or no?
An MIT team were asked to research what the gland or helmet
at the end of a man's penis is for.
After spending 3 years of research & 3 million dollars they
found that it was to give the man the pleasure.
A year later a team from the University of Sydney spent a
year researching the problem & a hundred thousand dollars
& found that it was to give the woman the pleasure.
Then last week from the University of Dublin a single
research fellow spent a weekend & a carton of beer &
found that it was to stop his hand for slipping off!
I am sure that research has its place in solving the problems in life but maybe sometimes it can be over done, no?
Maybe it is time for a little less talk & more action from
the researchers. A more balanced approach! Just a thought....
