Day 10 of your Quitober Challenge.
Yahoo!! we are into double figures now!! & hopefully not out. Can anyone tell me if they are using some of the things in the Quitober pack? ie daily stickers, Quitober pin, the Today wrist band?

Asia Pacific Conference on Tobacco or Health on the 6-9 of Quitober, 2010
As my brother said, "what a great coincidence" or is it fate? Surely Quitober is the month to Quit!
I am hoping to make Quitober the month to quit world wide....but first lets make it so in Mermaid
Warters (where i am staying for the next week with my mum).

Traps & Pitfalls:
Try to anticipate situations in which you will have to overcome the urge to smoke, so you won't be caught off guard. Think of the possible pitfalls in each situation and come up with a strategy to respond to them. Soon being a nonsmoker will come naturally, but especially in the early days of quitting, it helps to plan ahead. Oh, and try to steer clear of smokers.
