I don’t want to see it as just a month of not smoking, this is it now. I believe that I would still be smoking if I hadn’t bothered to read the Quitober advertising in our staff newsletter.

That's good to hear Sue. I too am hoping that the Members of
this Quitober Challenge pilot will go on to quit altogether. I think the challenge
is sort of a like playing a game with your subconscious so that you can focus on the
31 days. long enough to break the initial habit & then, hopefully, you have built
up a good support network to help you continue. Good luck to you & all of the Quitober members.
