                                        I would just like to say a big thanks to all the team at Quitober for everything they have done to organise this event. I have tried several times to quit and having the support of the Quitober Team made the challenge that little bit less stressful. My 9 ½ year old son is very proud of me, and he told me everyday throughout the challenge and continues to do so.

The newsletters, starter pack, website and quit line helped many of us get through this task. It is not easy to flick this habit, and I hope that more people sign up next year.

I was extremely surprised to hear that I had won 1 of the incentives prizes, as giving up smoking for many of us is a prize in itself. I hope next year the Quitober team gets given a lot more support from companies, sponsors and the government to help many Australians give up this habit for good. Thanks again to the Quitober team and congratulations to everyone who successfully quit. 45 days and still going strong!!!!!!!
